We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HCPC-registered Diagnostic Radiographer to join our growing academic team in the School of Health & Wellbeing at the University of Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the future of our BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography programme as Course Leader. Main duties of the job Depending on skills and experience, the successful candidate will be appointed as either a Senior Lecturer (Teaching) & Course Leader or a Principal Lecturer (Teaching) & Course Leader. At Principal Lecturer level, the postholder will also provide academic leadership to the Diagnostic Radiography team and wider department of Allied Health. Key responsibilities: Lead and manage the BSc (Hons) Diagnostic Radiography course, including day-to-day operations and quality assurance. Design, deliver and assess high-quality, innovative teaching and learning materials, including blended learning approaches. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and contribute to assessment processes. Act as Personal Academic Tutor and support student development. Engage with recruitment and selection activities. Undertake academic administrative responsibilities and contribute to School and University committees. Participate in scholarly activity, CPD, and professional development. Promote inter-professional learning and collaboration across the School.
