Position: Accounts Officer
Location: Hengoed
Duration: 6 Months (with potential for extension)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
3. Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
5. Support month-end and year-end close processes
6. Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations
Requirements:
7. Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing sector
8. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
9. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
