Duties will include, but not be limited to, investigating and negotiating motor incidents to agree liability and settlement, building relationships with customers and stakeholders, and responding to client correspondence. In addition, you will review, consider and evaluate estimates, invoices and total loss reports, whilst maintaining claim files to meet industry regulations. Our client is very flexible in terms of previous experience, and will consider candidates from a range of claims environments including insurers, loss adjusters, brokers, legal firms and accident management companies. A minimum of 6 months’ experience is required, and what is most important is your ability to investigate third party liability. It is also essential that you have the ability to structure your day to prioritise required tasks effectively, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and the skills to navigate multiple systems throughout the claims journey.
