We exist to end the harm done through gender-based violence. Our aim is to work to prevent violence and abuse, as well as providing services to meet the individual needs of survivors, particularly women and children. Our work is holistic and empowering, working alongside survivors to achieve independent lives, free from abuse.

We are now looking for three HR Co-ordinators to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
The Role
As an HR Co-ordinator, you will support our HR department by managing a range of administrative and organisational tasks. Focusing on the employee lifecycle, you will support recruitment, onboarding, contract management and payroll. Specifically, you will post job adverts, manage the Applicant Tracking System (iRecruit) and draft contracts and conditional offers.
You will ensure compliance by carrying out essential checks such as Right to Work and DBS, maintain up-to-date records in the HR Information System (CIPHR) and assist with managing employee benefits and contracts.
Additionally, you will:
1. Provide first-line advice on employee benefits
2. Respond to HR queries via the HR inbox
3. Collaborate with the HR Business Partners on absence management, probation, and exit interviews
About You
To be considered as an HR Co-ordinator, you will need:
1. Experience providing excellent operational services within a busy HR team
2. An awareness of best practice and general principles of employment law
3. Good understanding of the principles and requirements of GDPR
4. To be CIPD qualified (at Level 3 or be committed to qualifying)
