What You’ll Be Doing As the Contracts Manager, you’ll oversee the successful delivery of multiple architectural metalwork projects, ensuring smooth coordination from design through to installation. Your key responsibilities will include: Managing multiple project sites across London, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget. Coordinating between design, manufacturing, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution. Overseeing health & safety compliance, ensuring all projects meet industry regulations. Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively to maintain efficiency. Providing regular progress reports and financial updates. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a confident, hands-on professional with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have: 3-5 years’ experience in a Contracts Manager role, ideally within architectural metalwork, steelwork, or a related sector. Strong project management skills with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget. Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, health & safety regulations, and industry standards. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (desirable but not essential). Why Join Us?
