A day in the life of a Receptionist
You will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will keep the Front Office Manager informed of guest feedback and coordinate with other departments. Maximize room occupancy and promote hotel services through up-selling techniques. Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
Based at the Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel, you will be part of a passionate team that values quality work without necessarily working around the clock.
