Job Title: Secondary English Tutor Location: South East England, Surrey, Redhill Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time hours Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour Job Duties: Provide English tutoring to secondary school students Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to individual student needs Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Provide feedback to students and parents/guardians Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive curriculum Required Qualifications: Teaching qualification Experience in teaching English at the secondary level SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience Education: Bachelor's degree in English or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the English curriculum Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organisational skills to effectively plan and manage lessons Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN education Working Conditions: This role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis in a secondary school setting.
