We are seeking a SEND & AP Support Assistant to provide proactive and effective project support to the portfolio of special educational and alternative provision located within the service.
This role is part of the service’s SEND & AP Sufficiency, Planning and Education Strategy Service to provide proactive and effective support to the portfolio of special educational and alternative provision delivery located within the service, covering new schemes, infrastructure and business as usual activity.
In this role, you will support the service to meet critical deliverables as part of its strategic aims and priorities through high quality administration across multiple projects and business as usual schemes.
You will also work with colleagues across the wider Children’s Services department and externally to enable projects and schemes to progress in line with key milestones and deadlines.
As the SEND & AP Support Assistant, you will be a well organised individual with high quality administrative skills, including use of Office software, finance and tracking systems supporting multiple projects and business as usual schemes. This will include maintaining accurate records, local data sets and data uploads.
