In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients, ideally in the Financial Services and Insurance sectors for at least two or more of the following: -Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) -Workflow Automation -Performance Marketing Services The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally in the Financial Services and/or insurance sectors. This individual should be a self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to build and maintain new client relationships at all levels. Job Description: As the successful candidate, you will bring at least 10 years in successful sales or consultancy experience in one or more of the following areas: IDP, Workflow Automation and Performance Marketing Services and have a deep understanding of the clients' needs, goals, and preferences. You will operate as the main point of contact between the client and the company and will be supported by a team of specialists along with the support of an outbound lead generation team. You should be capable of working multiple in-roads into a client, resulting in 10 relationships per client across the desired service lines. You will have the autonomy to tailor and bespoke your approach to address the specific needs and pain points of each prospect and will be capable of leading and negotiating multi-million-dollar service led opportunities, delivering lasting profitable and sustainable business. Additionally, you will develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and penetrate Financial Services and Insurance markets and continuously assess the sales strategy's effectiveness and adjust it as needed. You will be able to clearly articulate instances where you have problem-solving abilities, which have resulted in positive business outcomes for your clients. To be highly successful in this space, you will need to stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and potential leads and have a keen interest in one or more of the defined service areas. We are continually market scanning, and it is also expected that you keep a keen eye on the competitive landscape to ensure that you maintain your personal competitive edge. It is envisaged that you actively engage in relevant business commentary on social business platforms, such as LinkedIn and are comfortable to have and share opinions and thought leadership on market trends. You will have already Mastered the benefits of using Sales Navigator. You will be required to maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales values in the company's Salesforce CRM along with providing regular reports and updates to sales management on sales progress and results. The preferred candidate will be Self-motivated, goal-oriented, resilient, & results-driven and thrive within in a competitive team environment, demonstrating a passion for any or all the following: IDP, Workflow Automation and Performance Marketing Services, and are equally capable of being a trusted team player.
