This role is a hybrid between front desk responsibilities and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a background in reception and/or administration. Day-to-day of the role : Greeting and meeting visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner. Managing incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring a swift and accurate response. Handling administrative tasks such as preparing letters, managing files, and other documentation. Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area. Assisting with various admin duties as required to support the team. Adapting to a flexible shift-based rota system within the office hours. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
