Job Description
* Develop and implement social media strategy in line with business goals.
* Manage the creation and publication of engaging, original content.
* Manage and maintain all company social media channels including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Youtube and LinkedIn.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
* Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics related to social media efforts.
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
* Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
* Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Social Media Manager should have:
* Proven experience in social media role in FMCG industry (or retail industry).
* Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
* Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
* Excellent communication skills with a flair for copywriting.
* Knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
* Ability to work from Liverpool 5 days a week.
