Hybrid role (Handforth based with regular Tuesdays and Wednesdays office days and ad hoc travel to agencies and stores as well as WFH)
Reporting into Senior Campaign Manager
This role supports the Campaign team both in terms of planning and implementation of insight-led marketing campaigns which drive brand health and commercial performance. Support the success of our planning and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supports Campaign Planning lead to ensure campaigns are planned and delivered in timely manner
2. Supports Campaign leads and Specialists to deliver campaigns
3. Leads some smaller campaigns with the support of the wider team
4. Reviews all channel assets to ensure correct & consistent
5. Raises and tracks all POs against budget
6. Work with studio, agencies and channel owners to produce assets
7. Supports campaign VI & toolkit development
8. Edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
9. Works to support campaign lead on briefing and managing agency outputs
10. Supports campaign lead and campaign planner to analyse campaign against results
11. Gathers data from multiple sources
12. Supports learning review and future recommendations
Essential Experience
1. Marketing experience – some understanding of the full marketing mix to help build campaigns that deliver. Be customer centred and creative in the development of marketing messages, copy and the look and feel of collateral, while adhering to brand guidelines
2. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of campaign
3. Project management skills: able to organise diverse work as a campaign assistant you will support the team to work within budget, meet deadlines for multiple, complex projects with many stakeholders.
4. Numerical skills: Appreciation of numbers and the contribution marketing makes; the Campaign Assistant will need to gather data to enable the Campaign team to use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of campaigns
