* Client Onboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new clients, including welcome calls, preparing sales particulars/typing details, and handling compliance checks related to ID and money laundering.
* Client Management: Acting as the primary contact for clients from the moment they agree to proceed until their property is listed and transitioned to the sales team.
* Administrative Duties: Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
* Team Support: Aiding the sales team with various tasks as needed.
* Property Listings: Ensuring properties are published live on the market efficiently and accurately.
* Auditing: Conducting audits of sales clients and managing key logs.
