An exciting 9 month temporary role has become available for a Housing Association as a Housing / Tenancy Administrator. Not only is the role offering flexibility and the opportunity to become permanent, But you will be working with a hard working, personable team, that are looking forward to bringing someone new on board with an office presence.
Job Details:
* 9 month initial temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent
* Offering up to £20.82ph umbrella
* Hybrid working role – Minimum 3 days per week in the office. This can be negotiated after the first few months, and you have settled into the position
* 35 hours per week
* Start date: ASAP
Key skills required:
* Previous housing experience
* Excellent standard of numeracy and literacy
* Able to present information clearly and communicate decisions
* Good IT knowledge and skills (SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel)
* Experience of Cx system is desirable
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Able to plan and manage own workload
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills - customer focused, empathetic, and supportive of residents

* Housing / Tenancy Management Administrator
* Support the Neighbourhood Services Team
* Manage voids, new tenancies and transfers
* Act as the first point of contact for residents and external organisations
