Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Preston
Salary: £28k - £30k DOE
This role is a 6-9 month FTC, hybrid working with flexible hours and working as part of a wider HR team.
I am currently representing a fantastic and well-established organisation looking for a CIPD level 5 qualified HR Assistant or HR Advisor to join their wider team. This is a Generalist role and will involve all the day-to-day operational duties you can expect from an HR Advisor role, including ER, Recruitment, and supporting managers. My client will consider a HR Assistant looking to step into their first HR Advisory role or an experienced HR Advisor looking for a change in pace.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide advice to employees and managers on ER
2. Manage absence cases
3. Support with managing change processes
4. Provide KPI data and metrics to support activity
5. Compliance administration
6. Provide generalist HR support, coaching, and guidance in a competent and confidential manner
7. Actively monitor all absence cases
8. Deliver the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and induction, appraisals, etc.
9. Raise offer letters, contracts of employment, and amendments
