Experienced Recruitment Consultant?
If you have recruitment experience, we can offer a basic salary of £26,000 - £28,500, with Realistic first year earnings of up to £31,500 (uncapped).
No Recruitment Experience – no problem!
If you’re looking to take your first step into recruitment few agencies will offer more support, training, or a personal mentor to support and guide you throughout your career.
We’re keen to speak to candidates that have experience in sales and/or the care sector who want to bring their knowledge and experience into a new setting.
For Entry Level Recruitment Consultants, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £24,250 With first year on target earnings of up to £27,000 (including commission).

Responsibilities include:
9. Identify, pursue and develop potential sales opportunities (by phone and face to face) to win new contracts and expand existing business.
10. Visiting both new and existing clients at their premises to build relationships with Home Managers and Care Home Owners to understand their business and recruitment needs
11. Conducting face to face interviews with candidates to understand the type of work they are looking for
12. Regularly speaking with Clients to ensure high levels of service are consistently delivered
13. Provide regular feedback to Carers to ensure high standards are maintained
14. Monitoring and recording any safeguarding concerns
15. Running induction sessions to further develop candidates and ensure clients receive the best workers
16. Guiding candidates through a variety of e-learning
17. Monitoring candidate availability and matching to clients shift rotas
18. Ensuring timesheets are submitted accurately and on time
19. Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
20. Generating adverts through a variety of means to attract the best possible candidates
21. Conducting right to work checks, reference checking and DBS checks to ensure candidates are legally compliant
22. Delivering a high-quality service in line with company values.
23. With support, working towards realistic sales targets tailored to your experience.
Hours of Work:
24. Standard working hours are from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
25. You will also be required to cover an out-of-hours service approx. 1 week in 3.
