Role Summary:
As a Senior Instructional Designer and Facilitator in our Academy team, you will play a key role in advancing our third strategic anchor to develop system change leaders. This position demands a proactive team member adept at conceptualizing and implementing advanced learning strategies and initiatives. You will be responsible for driving meaningful, impactful learning solutions that resonate with a global audience and reinforce our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Utilize expert-level knowledge in instructional design to rebuild, update, develop and design impactful courses and content with a focus on interactive, engaging and effective learning experiences, both creating and curating courses, as well as managing external vendors.
* Strategize and execute learning projects with precision, efficiently managing resources and maintaining clear, effective communication.
* Innovate in the development of learning experiences, including blended learning and workshop formats, to engage participants across the globe in an inspiring way.
* Foster collaboration and amplify impact through strategic team leadership, recognizing and leveraging individual strengths within a supportive, inclusive culture.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancement in learning and development practices to further our mission and organizational objectives.
The Mindset, Skills & Experience we are looking for:
* Demonstrated commitment to the mission of Systemiq, with experience in systems thinking and a vision for learning organizations. Ability to articulate the importance of changing systems and how learning facilitates this process.
* Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in learning and development, instructional design, education, organizational psychology, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are highly desirable.
* A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and running learning programmes, including both online and in-person facilitation and instructional design, data/analytics, and learning needs analysis.
* Experience with senior stakeholder management, preferably in a complex environment (e.g., consulting or similar multinational environment).
* A data-driven mindset with tech savviness, bringing suggestions on AI integrations, LMS innovations, and world-class programme design (incl. good proficiency with Microsoft office tools).
* Ability to derive insights and proactively propose creative solutions to problems.
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and convincing manner, bringing both high-quality execution and inspiration (strong proficiency in English).
* Effective collaborator, caring for others and able to work in an international, multicultural team environment.
