Our client is an award-winning leading consultancy with a unique opportunity for a Part Qualified, trainee Actuarial Consultant to join their central office with agile working being encouraged.
The company has recently grown, won new business, and obtained new projects; therefore, they have additional resources for a senior Actuarial Analyst/trainee Consultant, providing a high-quality actuarial service to trustees and corporate clients surrounding employee benefits schemes.
The successful candidate will work in a team of 5, delivering services to a portfolio of clients where communication skills are key to building trusted working & client relationships. You must articulate work in a clear and understandable manner to clients. Responsibilities include the preparation of client invoices, valuation of pension benefits, and an understanding of technical actuarial calculations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are Fellow members of the Institute or Faculty of Actuaries working towards Actuarial qualifications with at least 3 years of experience in the pensions side of the business, ideally with knowledge of Defined Benefit schemes.
