Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to work with children who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in schools across Gateshead.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Provide Support: Offer mental health support to children with SEMH needs in schools across Gateshead.
2. Individualised Care: Work with children with ASC, complex learning disabilities, and EHCPs.
3. Collaborate: Be part of a supportive local authority dedicated to tailored support for each child.
4. Inspire and Motivate: Challenge and support each student to achieve their best, regardless of their needs.
