Our Client is one of the most successful insurance broking firms with offices throughout the UK. This is a pivotal role to take over a book of Key Corporate clients and provide the peace of mind and assurance they require. This is not a defensive situation and comes simply from significant growth in recent years.
As Corporate Account Director, you will:
* Have overall responsibility for the management and design of bespoke Corporate insurance programmes.
* Have good technical knowledge and the ability to relate that to Clients in a professional manner.
* Have experience of strong Client relationships.
* Ability to create and lead a new business pitch to a very high standard and effectively manage important stakeholders.
* Work with colleagues in the broking team who are experienced in insurance portfolio placement with some staff having sector specific specialisms.
* Continually strive for exceptional performance.
* Enjoy the challenge of navigating the complexities of corporate clients, using your skills to manage client stakeholders and to ensure ongoing retention, renewal and account growth where required.
* Report directly to a hands-on and supportive senior management team; you'll feel at home in a driven, progressive environment.
Your Skills:
* A Corporate Account Executive or Corporate Account Director looking to progress your career.
* Exposure to clients paying £100,000 plus premiums and an understanding of their insurance requirements and buying patterns.
* A career-driven insurance professional based in Leicester, Leicestershire or the East Midlands.
