At PCE we recognise the importance of training and development. As an Apprentice, you will learn and develop a broad range of skills to become a Multi-Skilled Technician in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. We offer a bespoke training programme within the business. Our highly experienced team provide mentoring support to develop your skills.

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
* Mechanical fitting and assembly
* Electrical Assembly including Panel building
* Machinery alignment and commissioning for customer acceptance
* Machinery installation and commissioning at customer’s site

Training
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
