As a Maintenance & Warehouse Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our inventory and maintenance systems. Your meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills are key to maintaining accurate records and a safe, well-organized environment. By managing inventory, overseeing stock, and ensuring the upkeep of facilities and equipment, you contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the company.
Your responsibilities
* Manage and organize inventory.
* Receive and dispatch goods, ensuring accurate transaction records in the ERP system.
* Promptly report any damages or discrepancies.
* Collaborate with the Finance Manager to ensure efficient store operations.
* Maintain a clean and hazard-free store area.
* Operate and perform daily checks on the forklift.
* Coordinate with couriers when needed.
* Take company vehicles for valet and servicing.
* Conduct general housekeeping and cleaning of the stores.
* Perform building maintenance and DIY tasks.
* Maintain and clean the coffee machine and manage supplies.
Skills
* Confident in using ERP stock control systems (training will be provided).
* Skilled in Microsoft applications.
* Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications
* GCSE Level 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Valid driving license is essential.
* Forklift license is preferable.
* This is a part-time position located in Banbury.
* Training will be provided.
