Job Purpose

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for managing mailboxes, handling purchase orders, and overseeing ticket management. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administration support via the telephone and other contact methods to the Service Desk team
2. Assign tickets out to the Team and ensure that the unassigned tickets are managed
3. Manage various spreadsheets
4. Perform administration tasks under guidance from the Service Desk Manager
5. Escalate problems / business continuity events as appropriate to 3rd parties, senior colleagues and management
6. Help and support document within the Business
7. Support and control the CMDB for all IT configuration items
8. Responsible for creating and managing purchase orders
9. Complete work in line with agreed targets / KPIs
Experience And Knowledge
1. Strong administration skills
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Experience of MS products, i.e., Word and Excel
4. Able to follow a process and ensure others are following this
5. Ordering equipment and managing stock
6. Reliability and a willingness to solve client demands
7. A keenness for new experiences, responsibility and accountability
8. Ability to establish a good working relationship with customers and fellow colleagues
9. Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
