Job Description: A creative foodie, always on the lookout for the latest trending recipe and creative brand campaign, hungry for a role with responsibility, where you can take ownership and make a real difference. * Define and execute our CRM strategy alongside HoB, create bi-monthly newsletters, sourcing content, writing copy and managing send outs via Mailchimp.
* Define and execute our Influencer and PR strategy, identifying relevant influencers for both gifting and paid campaign work and creating campaign concepts aligned to wider marketing strategy.
* Manage influencer and PR relationships and lead on executing gifting send outs, including management of merch, print assets + send out packaging.
* Work with the wider marketing team to plan influencer, PR and consumer events, including supper clubs and pop-ups.
* Work with wider marketing team to plan reactive and strategic brand to hand sampling activation.
* Support wider marketing team with content creation for digital marketing channels, assisting with shoots, content execution and editing for cross-platform usage.
* Create and publish monthly blog posts for the Pollen + Grace website.
* Manage inbound customer care email communication.
* Work with the wider marketing team on weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting.

THE ROLE:
To help support our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate marketeer who can support the marketing team in the planning, execution and analysis of key brand activities.
This is a hands-on and diverse role with exposure to the full marketing mix, brand strategy work and more. With exciting product launches across 2025, ambitious marketing plans and a packed innovation pipeline for the next few years of growth, it's a pivotal moment to join and play a crucial role in taking the business to the next level.

Requirements:
* Experience working in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Desirable:
* FMC Marketing experience.
* Prior experience using Mailchimp and Squarespace.
* Ability to use content editing tools such as Adobe, Canva and/or CapCut.
