In this fully office-based role, you will work within a lovely Credit Control team and report into the Credit Control manager. Your main responsibility will be managing a high value portfolio, utilising strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with the company's external stakeholders. Where your duties will include but aren't limited to chasing overdue debt via phone and email, handling query resolutions, preparing debtor reports, accounts and bank reconciliations, processing invoices and new accounts, as well as assisting with month-end ledger closing processes as required.
