Concept Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Leeds based manufacturing client to recruit an Order Processor on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be part of a busy team and must be willing to support other departments and colleagues within the business as and when required.
Role responsibilities:
· Handling incoming calls from customers
· Processing customer orders
· Working on a costing system (Spok) to provide accurate information
· Updating customers on the status of their order
· Accurately entering information onto our clients CRM system
· General administrative duties
You will need:
· Experience of working on a costing system (this is essential)
· Previous experience of working within an order processing role/environment
· Competent IT skills
· Exceptional customer service skills both verbal and written
· The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
