We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our client’s team in Hertford, managing high-profile accounts and delivering large-format print and signage solutions. Key Responsibilities: As a Large Format Account Manager, you will: Manage and nurture client accounts, building strong and lasting relationships. Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and provide tailored advice. Collaborate closely with production and installation teams to ensure client briefs are met. Prepare accurate and detailed project quotations, ensuring all technical aspects are considered. Coordinate installations, liaising with clients and installers for seamless project execution. Stay up-to-date with large format print processes, materials, and industry trends. Use CRM systems to track projects, client interactions, and manage sales pipelines. Essential Skills & Experience: To succeed as a Large Format Account Manager, you should have: Industry Expertise: At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role within the large format print, signage, or graphics industry. Production Knowledge: A strong understanding of large format printing processes, finishing techniques, and materials such as ACM, Acrylic, Fabric, Foamex, and Vinyl. Site Survey Experience: Proven ability to carry out site surveys, with a good grasp of structural and spatial considerations. Project Management: Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively. Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering client-focused solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to build and maintain strong client relationships. Sales Acumen: A track record of meeting sales targets, growing accounts, and identifying new opportunities.
