The Role
Working on our Uttlesford Maintenance Direct Contract.
Responsibilities
1. Undertake routine maintenance and servicing to electrical systems and appliances to required standards
2. Trace, locate and rectify faults and ensure systems and appliances are left in a safe and serviceable condition
3. Report all faulty appliances / installations that do not comply with current regulations
4. Replace electrical sockets and fittings
5. Replace consumer units
6. Rewire domestic properties both occupied and void
Requirements:
1. Electrical test engineer with 2391, 18th edition Minimum
2. Level 3 NVQ
3. Experience in EICR Testing in social and Private Housing
