As a Business Development Director for this forward-thinking Print business, we need you to hold yourself accountable. You're in the position to develop a business development strategy. There's a seat at the table, to join the entrepreneurial board to devise, lead and execute a sales strategy that will aid the continuous growth of this business. You'll have bags of experience in personal sales so the prospect, pitch, onboard and fulfill new clients. More importantly, though, and critically in this role, you'll be using your experience to build that activity into a wider group strategy and the execution of the routes to market. Taking ownership from concept through to completion. You'll have full support from the business to build out the team to help support and drive this activity. More BDM's, no worries, dedicated Account Managers for the new clients, don't mention it. It's an opportunity for you to put your stamp on this business. You'll need to be someone who is strong, have the gravitas to lead and invigorate and not just says "yes" to agree, no, we want you to guide and consult your customers.
