About the position
* Generate and develop B2B sales leads, converting them into sales through effective relationship management. Utilize various, national and local media, the internet, and LinkedIn for this purpose.
* Offer guidance and clarification to customers and service providers regarding timelines, industry processes and regulations, contracts, designs, and NRSWA/TMA standards.
* Assist the Head of Business Development in managing customer expectations by providing technical advice and enhancing the performance of service providers. This includes data entry into company systems and producing management information (MI) to ensure alignment with customer requirements and proper monitoring of service provider performance to meet customer expectations.
Experience required:
* Background in Construction/Engineering, preferably in both gas and electricity.
* Possess gravitas and the ability to establish strong external relationships to enhance and elevate the company’s profile.
* Capable of interpreting designs related to gas and electricity, with a focus on risk identification.
* Demonstrate strong influencing skills to drive internal performance and that of our service providers.
* Passionate about achieving high standards of excellence.
* Highly energized and motivated, with a strong commitment to success.
* Adopt a hands-on approach and maintain a ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to prioritize effectively, showcasing exceptional organizational and time management skills.
