Job Running Architect or Technologist for Stage 5+ Project
A large AJ100 architecture practice based in Central London is looking for a Job Running Architect to join their team to help deliver a project from Stage 5 to completion.
About the Practice:
This renowned architecture studio is recognised for its expertise in creating luxurious and refined spaces, with a focus on hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Known for their thoughtful approach to design and technical precision, they work on some of London’s most iconic transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the project from Stage 5 onwards, ensuring the smooth transition through construction and onto project completion
* Oversee all technical and design aspects, ensuring compliance with client requirements, budget, and programme
* Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain workflow
* Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and Revit models to support the construction phase
* Take responsibility for site management, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and in line with health & safety regulations
* Act as the main point of contact between the client, contractor, and design team, ensuring clear and concise communication
What They're Looking For:
* Between 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in architecture
* ARB or CIAT registered
* Strong attention to detail, with recent technical delivery experience
* Proficiency in Revit
* Excellent design skills with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a small team
* Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations & Standards
* Confident working on site with contractors and consultants
* Right to work in the UK - please note this practice cannot sponsor overseas candidates
