Job Description As a Document Control Manager your main responsibilities will be: Manage Project Document Management Systems (SharePoint, Interaxo and Sceptre). Establish structures and processes, give access to new project members, remove old users and ensure correct access rights etc. Perform kick-off meetings to ensure that correct use of digital collaboration tool is demonstrated, educated, and agreed at project start-up and at other milestones in the project. Provide training in usage to company and contractor staff and provide user support with the document control systems. Develop and maintain interfaces with key project stakeholders including representatives from Statkraft, it’s contractors and consultants. Manage, monitor, quality assure and audit project document controlling routines from the initial development through to project completion and handover. Responsible for coordinating with all departments to assure that all projects’ documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive. Responsible for file validation and document controlling of electronic archives and where necessary paper archives Follow the document or numbering policy of the company Manage all the project documentation in a structured way Manage the document review and approval process, including processing document change requests and updates Ensure that documents are complete, accurate and in compliance with corporate procedures and/or ISO 9001 section 4.2.3 Support and assure execution of information handover to operations Maintain relationship with the Corporate Project Management Office to ensure Irish practices are in line with corporate. Conduct additional tasks/duties as requested by the line manager. Manage and support other Document Controllers who may be hired to support specific projects. This role will be a member of the Document Manager Network in Statkraft where we share "lessons learned" and also the opportunity to come up with improvement proposals.
