Your role will involve assisting with cost estimation, contract administration, and financial reporting, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget. They work on projects ranging in value from £1M to £10M and all projects are North-West based. Key Responsibilities Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for M&E projects. Support contract and subcontract management, including valuations and variations. Assist in financial reporting and monitoring project expenditures. Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control and value engineering. Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and project documentation. Support the resolution of commercial issues and disputes. Skills & Experience Required Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Some experience in a quantity surveying role within building services engineering is preferred. Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as MS Office and quantity surveying software.
