An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to take up the post of Team Lead for Community Nursing on the beautiful Inner Hebrides of Mull, Colonsay, Tiree, and Coll. This role involves providing Clinical Leadership and Operational day-to-day management for the district nursing team.
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual with the ability to provide professional and strategic leadership. The post holder will influence and drive forward Community Nursing to achieve the best possible patient-centered outcomes. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, possess in-depth knowledge of Community Nursing, criteria, processes, and NHSH policies. They should also have the ability to support the design and delivery of new models and pathways of care within the integrated team/services and influence quality and high standards of patient care.
Requirements
* First level Registered General Nurse
* Relevant specialist District nursing qualification
* Ability to work flexibly across locations to support team development within Community Nursing
* Experience in clinical leadership and operational management

Note on Working Hours
NHS Scotland is reducing the full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This change will be reflected in this role, though some service areas may require temporary adjustments up to an additional 30 minutes per week until new rosters are implemented.
