Job Title: Business Development Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services
Industry Sector: Aggregates, Bagged Aggregates, Concrete, Crushed Concrete, Asphalt, Builders Merchants, Groundworkers, Housebuilders, Construction Companies
Area to be covered: Flexible on location ideally (Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Northampton regions)
Remuneration: up to £40,000 + uncapped commission circa £7,500 first year
Benefits: company pickup/truck or £6,000 allowance & benefits
Role Overview:
The role of the Business Development Manager - Aggregates & Waste Removal Services will involve:
1. Area Sales Manager position selling aggregates and muck away services
2. Majority of your time will be spent selling to groundworkers
3. The remaining portion will be spent selling to concrete plants, builders merchants and housebuilders
4. Turnover target circa £200k per month - £20k gross margin
5. Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal applicant will have:
1. Sales experience in the aggregates or waste removal industry (ideally both)
2. Strong new business skills
3. Energy, passion, and self-motivation
4. Personable demeanour with excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
5. Computer literate
6. Full UK driving license
