Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on data leader who will use data to influence our strategic plans, solve business questions, and help us understand customer purchase and product usage patterns.
This person will assess opportunities, prioritize and deliver projects, and champion data quality.
The role will own the building out of our data warehouse and business intelligence tools, as well as KPI development and deep dive analysis. This role will strategically support all departments by identifying and responding to their unique data needs, while proactively driving a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization.
This person will work closely with our Executive Team and our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other teams across the organization. The role will report to the CFO and be remotely based requiring regular visits to Switzerland.

Where you will make a difference
* Develop our data strategy, KPIs, and data culture
* Build the data warehouse: design, implement in collaboration with the development team, and ensure data quality best practices
* Act as a strategic partner to all teams, proactively identifying and addressing data needs to uncover insights that drive business impact
* Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analyses and data products
* Collaborate with Business Operations and Development teams to drive improvements to data quality and usability across the organization
* Effectively communicate complex data insights in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all departments
* Hire and manage a small team of data professionals to execute the strategy
Who you are
* 7+ years of analytics experience, including experience working with an engineering team to build data infrastructure. Management experience a plus
* Proven experience as a strategic partner to multiple business functions, with a track record of driving insights that influence cross-departmental decision-making
* High level of cultural awareness and proven track record of working effectively in a diverse, global environment
* Excellent technical skills: SQL and Python
* Experience with data warehouses and business intelligence tools. Snowflake and PowerBI a plus
* Ability to identify, prioritize, and gain buy-in for high-impact projects
* Experience cultivating a data-driven mindset across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and alignment around shared metrics and goals
* Partnership, communication, and collaboration skills, and background in providing analysis and recommendations that inform corporate decision-making
* Experience with subscription business models and enterprise sales a plus
* Fluent in English; any other language a plus
