Juice Recruitment is excited to support a growing business in their search for an experienced HR Generalist. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to take on a varied role, supporting recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation. Key Responsibilities Managing end-to-end recruitment, including advertising, shortlisting, interviews, and hiring. Coordinating onboarding processes, including contracts, induction schedules, and employee documentation Employee Relations Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment law. Managing disciplinary and grievance processes in line with company policies. Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees. Maintaining and updating HR records in compliance with GDPR and legal requirements. Ensuring policies, contracts, and procedures are up to date and compliant with UK employment law. Preparing HR reports and metrics for management review. Identifying training needs and coordinating internal and external training programs. Supporting appraisals, career development, and employee engagement initiatives. Assisting in managing employee benefits, including pensions and healthcare schemes. Supporting HR projects such as diversity initiatives and employee engagement programs. Driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Skills & Experience Required CIPD Level 5 or working towards it. 2-3 years' experience in an HR role, ideally within a similar-sized organisation. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
