Here's what you'll do: Craft engaging Physics lessons that spark critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for scientific exploration. Utilize innovative methods to make Physics concepts engaging and accessible for all learners. Play a key role in curriculum development, ensuring it aligns with national standards and excites student interest. Guide and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential. Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment, contributing to student well-being. Collaborate with Science colleagues to share best practices and improve the Science program. We're looking for someone who: Holds QTS with a specialism in Physics (or Science with a Physics specialization). Has at least 1 year's experience teaching Physics in a secondary school setting (more is a plus). Possesses a deep understanding of Physics and a passion for scientific discovery that ignites student curiosity. Creates engaging, interactive lessons that cater to diverse learning styles. Champions a love of science and critical thinking in students. Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. Prioritizes student safeguarding and well-being.
