Location: Stafford Hall Residential, Cheltenham Place, Halifax, HX3 0AW Salary: £24,960.00 - £31,532.80 dependent on experience Hours per week: 40 Requirements: A good level of academic qualifications including GCSE Maths and English. Must be experienced and accomplished in the use of office software including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing conflicting priorities. Good standard of presentation and inter-personal skills both written and oral – able to act as a reliable and effective first point of contact. Able to respond positively and constructively to changes in work requirements. Good organisational and planning skills with a flexible approach in order to achieve results. Responsibilities: Manage reception and be first line of contact between the public, staff, and residence. Covering in all departments within the Service as and when required. Providing administrative support to the Registered, Deputy Registered, and the leadership team. To provide an administration service of typing of notes, creating letters, issuing of memos, emails, reports, and any other documentation as required within the Company. Setting up and maintaining office systems in respect of a wide range of confidential records, filing, word processing, using associated computer packages to ensure quick and efficient accessibility of information. Carry out administrative work as prescribed to support regulatory compliance within all staff within the service. Take administrative responsibility in the maintenance and upkeep of staff files and sensitive documents. Typing reports for reviews, meeting minutes, incident and accident reports as and when required. About Stafford Hall: Stafford Hall offers a family-like children’s home with a small school that delivers a full curriculum experience that not only reflects the pupils' learning needs but also engages interests, sensory needs, and regulation strategies. Located in Halifax, Stafford Hall houses 12 children and can teach up to 20 young people from the ages of 11 to 19. We support young people with autism and learning difficulties.
