Are you a strategic leader passionate about improving lives through holistic health and wellbeing support? Linking Leeds is seeking an exceptional Service Manager to lead its vital work in transforming how local communities access health care and wellbeing services.
As the Service Manager, you will have strategic oversight of Linking Leeds, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of this multi-partnership service. Working closely with Primary Care Networks, GPs, and community partners, you’ll drive a team in the delivery of high-quality, person-centred social prescribing services across the city.
If you have:
* The ability to build strong, proactive partnerships with commissioners and other stakeholders
* Experience in managing contracts and ensuring quality compliance
* Strong communication skills and the ability to provide strategic leadership
* A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work
