Job Summary
As an HR Advisor at CTDI, you'll play a vital role in the daily operations of our HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This is a unique opportunity to provide expert advice and support to managers and employees, contributing to a positive and engaging workplace environment.
Your Tasks
* Advisory Services : Offer day-to-day HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Recruitment Process : Assist in recruitment, from drafting job descriptions to carrying out interviews.
* Onboarding Support : Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
* Employee Relations : Manage relations issues like conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
* HR Initiatives : Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
* Documentation : Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
* Legal Compliance : Ensure compliance with employment laws and keep HR policies updated.
* Training : Conduct training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
* Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the HR team on strategic projects and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications / Personal Attributes
* Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a strong focus on employee relations.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures, employment law and best practices in the UK
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven problem-solving skills and discretion with sensitive information.
* Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
