We are responsible for deal pricing (including value-based deals and other complex deal constructs), and client rate card creation, as well as advising on competitors and market positioning, developing standards, targets and best practice, supporting price negotiations, and working closely with senior Accenture leadership on their pricing priorities.You Are:A driver with a track record of success in a professional services company (ideally in a pricing, sales or delivery capacity), with a strong interest in pricing and the financial aspects of our business. You are confident working with people up to senior leadership level and in negotiating and influence decision making. The Work:You will work within a small team supporting Strategy and Consulting (S&C) pricing for the UK, Ireland and Africa (UKIA) market within the overall DSP group, as well as proactively owning and building key relationships with UKIA leadership, growing demand for our work, building our capabilities, and being involved in day-to-day pricing work. You will use your knowledge and background in professional services, as well financial expertise and insights to guide key decision makers on pricing, as you:Work within the UKIA S&C pricing team.Own relationships with key S&C leadership and helping to drive their pricing priorities.Work directly on client rate cards and pricing deals from simple to very complex (e.g. value-based deals).Support deal teams end-to-end on opportunities, from understanding client requirements and selection criteria to supporting where needed on pricing negotiations.Provide advice and guidance to deal teams on pricing, commercial constructs, competitors, and the market.Be a subject matter expert on our key S&C competitors and the S&C UKIA market.Collaborate with Pricing colleagues across different regions and areas of the business.Support internal team projects.Focus on continuous learning and improvement, including supporting the commercial education of our UKIA S&C people.QualificationsPriority SkillDemonstrable experience working in a professional services company in a pricing, sales or delivery (consulting) capacity.Here’s what you need:Professional services experience, ideally in a pricing, delivery or sales role.Superior teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong financial acumen and market intelligence.Some deal shaping and negotiation skills.Extra credit if you have:Significant pricing experiencePrevious sales experienceYou May Also Need:Must support/mirror working hours of the supported market unit or other business areaMust be flexible with work hours according to shifting business needsA home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines.
