The Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled CNC Turner to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines, with a strong background in working with precision materials. Key Responsibilities:
1. Program, set up, and operate CNC turning machines to produce precision components.
2. Work with a variety of materials including Titanium TS28 / AMS4967, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel.
3. Interpret technical drawings and work from complex specifications to manufacture high-quality parts.
4. Ensure all parts meet tight tolerances and maintain the highest standards of quality.
5. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC turning machines to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
6. Work collaboratively with engineers and other team members to optimize processes and resolve technical issues.
7. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with company policies.
Key Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a CNC Turner with expertise in programming, setting, and operating CNC turning machines.
2. Experience working with precision materials, especially Titanium, Stainless Steels, Waspaloy, Nimonic, Alloy Steels, and Inconel.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
4. Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
