Job Description
3. Supporting the finance team in daily administrative tasks
4. Processing invoices, receipts, and payments
5. Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning processes
6. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
7. Ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date
8. Helping with the annual audit preparation
9. Assisting in the development of internal financial procedures and controls
10. Carrying out any other duties as directed by the Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
13. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
14. Understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Ability to work well in a team
