Inbound Sales Advisors based in Loughborough, taking calls from customers who have been on the website and are looking to purchase some amazing tech!
As an advisor, you can expect to take between 40-50 calls on average per day and will be tasked with understanding the customers' needs, closing the sale, building the customers' basket (including services), and walking them through the full sales journey.
There will be 2 weeks of training from 09:00 to 17:30.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday (between 08:00-20:00, 8-hour shifts) and 1 in every 2 weekends from 09:00 to 17:30.
Job Role:
Your key responsibilities include:
1. Managing inbound calls to the business from clients/customers' requests.
2. Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
3. Exploring customer needs and offering suitable products and services from the website.
4. Guiding the customer through the sales journey whilst ensuring they are kept fully informed.
5. Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
6. Delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
7. Maximising upselling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.

This role is subject to a Clean DBS; it is imperative that each applicant provides support to the process.
