Its high surgical case load would be ideal for a first opinion GP vet looking for more surgical caseload. This role offers a great rota with alternate Mondays and Fridays off, 1 day per week totalling 10 hours, and the other 3 weekdays days are 8 hours. The weekend rotation is 1:4 branch Saturdays, and 1:10 hospital Sundays, plus up to 2 bank holidays per year. There are NO on-call requirements. As well as a fantastic close-knit team including a senior vet, senior RVN, incredible trainee nurses and integral reception support, you will also be fully supported by a dedicated regional manager, and incredibly experience regional head vet. Kennington is equipped with everything you would need, including ultrasound facilities, ideal for a vet with a keen interest in diagnostic imaging. You will also have the addition of support from Stone Lion 24-hour Hospital in Wimbledon, for more complex cases and OOH care for your patients. Kennington is a fast-paced clinic, that would suit a vet who is no stranger to a busy environment, and able to competently manage any emergency cases as well as a large GP caseload.
