We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming school in Teignmouth. This part-time role, starting in March 2025, is a fantastic opportunity to provide essential support to pupils, helping them reach their full potential. Your Responsibilities as an LSA Work closely with the class teacher to support engaging and inclusive learning activities. Provide individualized assistance to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). Encourage a positive and well-structured classroom environment. Assist children with their academic, social, and emotional development. Help prepare learning resources and materials. Foster an inclusive and nurturing school atmosphere where every pupil feels supported. What We’re Looking For Previous experience as an LSA, Teaching Assistant, or similar support role is beneficial. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, understanding, and proactive approach to supporting pupils. Excellent organizational abilities and a collaborative mindset.
