We require skilled individuals to provide a quality clerical support to a busy Children’s Universal Services in Falkirk Community Hospital as part of the Women and Children’s Directorate. A good working knowledge of word processing and Microsoft Office, together with general administrative skills.
Duties are varied and will include, filing, photocopying, data entry, entering and retrieving information via computerised systems, liaising with other departments by telephone and face-to-face.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills with good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritise workload, have an approachable disposition and be used to working as part of a team.
Training and support will be given to the successful applicants.
The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland Check.
