What sets us apart is our commitment to hands-on, one-to-one service. Every client is supported by a dedicated advisor who drafts their documentation and manages their day-to-day compliance, reducing workload and minimising risk.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in driving new business by booking high-quality appointments for our Business Development Managers. Key Responsibilities:
* Contact potential clients by phone and email to understand their needs, qualify interest, and book meetings for the Business Development Managers.
* Reconnect with previous prospects who have received a quote but not yet signed up.
* Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, ensuring they are properly qualified before being passed on.
* Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of opportunities using our CRM system.
* Research businesses, industries, and decision-makers to identify new leads and commercial opportunities.
* Support the sales team with admin, lead tracking, and CRM updates.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a similar role – ideally appointment setting, lead generation or telesales in a B2B environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence and resilience when speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive and professional approach.
* Comfortable using CRM software and lead tracking tools.
* A strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
What We Offer:
* A supportive and collaborative working environment.
* Clear progression opportunities in a growing business.
* Employee Assistance Programme from day one.
* Private medical insurance following successful completion of probation.
* Ongoing training and development to support your success.
