This role is ideal for individuals with experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) pupils who are looking for extra work that fits around their availability. Assist with classroom tasks, managing behaviour, and providing tailored support to students with additional learning needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other SEN requirements. Work closely with teaching staff to ensure pupils receive the appropriate guidance, support, and care. Offer one-to-one or group support as needed, focusing on each pupil’s individual learning and development. Adapt quickly to different school environments and work confidently with SEN pupils in new settings. Requirements: Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role, working with children with special educational needs. A caring, adaptable, and flexible attitude, with the ability to support pupils in various schools and classrooms. A DBS check (or willingness to apply for one) is required.
